To incentivize customers to demand and collect their receipts, which leads to higher VAT collection, the National Revenue Agency started the first National receipt lottery in Bulgaria. To participate in the draw for the big prizes people had to register their receipts on a special website.
We had to communicate the news about the lottery to a very wide audience – our target group included every Bulgarian citizen over 18 years old. The campaign had to be modern, informative and easy to understand. A high number of participants in the lottery was expected.
